We take a Person-Centered approach and work to meet clients where they are at. If you are anxious, depressed, having difficulties regulating or expressing your emotions - you have come to the right place. We want to be the fit for you so that we can work together toward your life goals. We will go through whatever process that works for you to move forward.

We all struggle in our own ways and we think it is important for everyone to hear this. Each of us sincerely enjoy making a difference in peoples' lives by working with them to get where they deserve to be. Taking the step to contact us is the biggest step you can take. What is Therapy?

A comfortable space

  • ​The time in the therapy room is the time you have to cry, laugh, be silent, to feel excited, angry, loud, quiet, or just do nothing.

  • There is a coffee and tea station you can grab something to drink and feel at ease.

  • If you want to come to vent, you may vent while sitting on the couch, lying down, or pacing around the room.​

​​A place to talk with
no hesitation

  • ​When we want and need to talk about things, family and friends can be amazing; but, having an outside ear and perspective with no "strings" is relieving and empowering.

  • You can walk into the building knowing your words are safe.

  • Come take a seat to speak your thoughts and mind openly and freely.

Judgement free listening, Acceptance, and Presence

  • ​There is no worry about te person you are talking to having their personal beliefs interfering with you.

  • Technology is not a distraction.​

  • The most important point of view in the room is YOURS.

  • What you say is heard, not critiqued.

  • You have another human there with you to be present and engaged. You are the main and most important character in the room.

Whatever you want it to be for YOU.

  • ​Every moment you spend in therapy, is what you want to make it.

  • You can come prepared or with no topic in mind and get what you want from the time spent at Breathe Therapy Services.

  • One day you may want to talk with no response from your therapist, and that is what you get.

  • Another day you may want to come and sit in silence yourself and hear what your therapist has to say, and that is what you get.

  • You may want to come and be mindful in the present moment, and that is what you will get.

  • There may be a time you want to bring in your significant other in with  you or even your child, and you can! ​
